About Mariner's Landing

Mariner's Landing is a residential community located in Camden County Georgia, in the city of Kingsland. The Homeowners Association consists of four sub-divisions encompassing 250 homes. Our community is conveniently located within 3 miles of the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, quick access to Interstate 95, and is about 40 miles south of Brunswick, Georgia and 40 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida.

(Please note: the Lakemont Subdivision and Briarwood Circle are not a part of Mariner's Landing. Lakemont is a separate entity with its own HOA. Homes in Briarwood Circle are not in an HOA. Lakemont and Briarwood Circle residents are not allowed use of Mariner's Landing properties and facilities.)

 In 2024 dues have been increased by 8% to $453.49 as allowed in the covenants and restrictions. Monthly payments would be $37.79. Liens will be placed on properties that are three months or more delinquent in payment of membership dues. Questions regarding your account should be addressed to our HOA Manager/Bookkeeper. Notice of Annual Members Meeting 2024

The annual Mariners Landing Homeowners Association meeting will take place on October 30th. Check-in is 5:00PM. The meeting will begin at 5:30PM. The location will be at the College of Georgia Camden Center 3001 Lakes Blvd. Kingsland, GA. The meeting will be in Room 219. Please note the change in location this year. The purpose of the annual meeting is for the Board of Directors to present an annual report on activities, financials, and the budget, as well as address general questions, as required by the association bylaws.

Please be aware that individual issues not affecting the subdivision as a whole (such as dues payments, obtaining or replacing pool key cards, etc.) should be addressed directly to our management company by phone or email through this website.

REGULAR HOA BOARD MEETINGS TAKE PLACE ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH 6:30 PM. at the Pool Building at the Mariners Landing pool area.

All homeowners are welcome to attend. Any homeowner who is current in HOA dues is eligible become a board member by attending three consecutive meetings. 

POOL KEYS ARE IN THE FORM OF ELECTRONIC CARDS. 

If you have issues with your pool key card or are a new homeowner in Mariner's Landing who needs to obtain a pool key card you may also contact us regarding pool key cards us via E-mail through this website. Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the column on the left. All pool keys are now issued through our management company and not through the Board of Directors. 

Accounts must be paid up to date to be issued a key.

Overdue accounts in excess of 100 dollars will result in the deactivation of your pool key. 
There will be a 10.00 charge to reactivate pool keys.
There will be a 50.00 charge for replacement keys.


Online payments now accepted! They may be paid annually or monthly. Payment may be made through this site, or you may leave a check in the blue box outside of the swimming pool area.  Please keep in mind it can take up to 14 days (2 weeks) for payments to process. You may receive a statement that does not reflect your most recent payment if it has been made within that time.
